For Credit/Debit Card and PayPal payments, charges are processed at the time of order. For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected upon delivery.
Tendrel is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or circumstances beyond our control.
We accept returns of unused, unopened items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, contact support@tendrel.site with your order number. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
